As Horizon is a Full Service Complete Landscape and General Building Contractor Company, we not only work with wood but have expertise in ironwork, pool fencing, chain link, perimeter fencing, ornamental wrought iron work and driveway entry gates.
We also do custom, per city building code, wood railing and handrails using a blend of wood and iron railing. We like to blend steel with wood, combining the natural beautify of wood with the structural strength and longevity of steel. We like to build our Driveway Entry Gates using a blend of tubular steel frames clad with wood slates, we powder coat paint our steel frames and use ball-bearing hinges, a solid, long lasting combination construction method.
From automatic driveway entry gates with intercom access systems to electronic strike pedestrian entry gates, from standard 1″ x 6″ fencing to custom designed wood fencing and gates, Horizon employs finish carpenters and we have our own wood shop. Having a wood shop allows us to custom build your gates using shop quality, exacting joinery techniques and apply wood finishes indoors, in a controlled environment, giving you a quality product that is a step above on-site construction. Ask us about our in-house, shop-built wood privacy lattice panels, custom built heavy duty wood lattice panels using thicker wood than store bought panels from your local home centers!
Our fence construction offers many options:
• 4″ x 4″ Wood Posts set in Concrete Footings or using “Simpson Post Bases”
• Pressure Treated Posts or Galvanized Steel Posts
• Galvanized Nails or Powder Coated Screws
• Redwood, Cedar or Vertical Grain “Clear” Douglas Fir
• Painted, Stained or Left to Weather Naturally
Whatever you choose, Our Fences are built to last.
